How to Play Immaculate Grid

Baseball In this exciting game, your objective is to fill out the grid by selecting a player from MLB (Major League Baseball) for each cell that matches the specific criteria for that cell's row and column. You have nine guesses to complete the grid, and each guess, whether correct or not, counts as one of your attempts.

Daily Challenge and Player Selection Every day at 9:00am ET, a new grid will be presented to you, providing a fresh challenge and an opportunity to test your baseball knowledge. Your task is to carefully analyze the clues and information provided to make the right player selections.

Player Criteria and Team History When selecting players, keep in mind that they may be active or inactive in MLB. Additionally, previous names of franchises will also qualify, meaning players from past teams can match for current teams based on the complete franchise history.

Player and Team Requirements For player and team cells, the player must have played at least one major league game, whether in the regular season or playoffs, for the specified team. When it comes to team and award cells, the player must have won the award in a season they appeared for that team. All-Star selections are an exception, as they are associated with a single team. For example, a player like Joey Gallo, who represented the Rangers in the All-Star game while playing for both Texas and New York, would match for Rangers All-Stars but not Yankees All-Stars.

Hall of Famers and World Series Winners Hall of Famers can be inducted from any category (player, team, umpire, executive/pioneer), but they must have played a major league game for the team in question. World Series winners must have appeared in a postseason game (or be on the postseason roster) for the team during the World Series-winning season to qualify.

Stat Criteria For team and season stat cells, the player must have recorded the specified stat while playing for that team. If a player played on multiple teams in a season, the stat must have been achieved with the team specified in the cell. Similarly, for team and career stat cells, the player who reached the career stat simply had to play for the team at any point, while career rate stats have minimums of 3,000 plate appearances and 1,000 innings.
